Reiki
Reiki treatments are offered in-person on site, or in the comfort of your own home. The reiki sessions may be offered on a reiki bed, or chair, depending on preference. Each session includes an introduction to go over personal preferences, concerns, and conditions listed on the appointment request form below.

Reiki healing treatments are offered as 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.

Distant Reiki
Distant reiki is a virtual way to receive the benefits of reiki. This service is popular with those who are unable to leave the house. A typical session includes a brief introduction to go over personal preferences, concerns, and conditions listed on the appointment request form below.

Yoga Workshops/Reiki Assists
Energy+You is available for partnering with yoga studios and instructors to offer reiki-themed yoga workshops alongside a yoga instructor, and reiki assists during a slow flow or restorative class. Please fill out the inquiry form below to discuss of capacity and pricing.

Animal Reiki
Pets can benefit from reiki in the same ways that humans can. Reiki can provide temporary relief from anxiety, stress, pain, and even some illnesses. Animal reiki is offered in both distant and in-person sessions. These sessions are 30 minutes.

Animal introduction is required if in-person treatment is selected. This is included within the 30 minute session.

Crystals + Reiki (Add-on)
Crystals have energy healing properties. They can assist with grounding, intuition, clarity, and more. Opt to add-on crystal healing with any of the reiki services listed above.
